LEARNING STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION

My approach to AI is rooted in strategy—not speed. I focus on using AI to create more relevant, adaptive, and scalable learning experiences, while also transforming how teams design and deliver learning behind the scenes.

As Amazon Ads introduced new agentic and AI-powered capabilities, I led the design of learning experiences that helped advertisers understand not just what these tools are, but when, why, and how to use them effectively within their workflows.

This work culminated in the end-to-end redesign of the Amazon Ads Foundations Certification, where I transformed a fragmented experience into a streamlined, data-informed program aligned to both learner needs and business goals. By leveraging AI-assisted content analysis and learner insights, I created a more intuitive and relevant certification experience that improved comprehension, engagement, and performance across diverse audiences.

E-LEARNING

Shauna created engaging and informative cybersecurity training taking learners on a journey with original animations, graphics, and games inspired by the video game “Among Us.” Before starting the training, she conducted a deep needs assessment to determine the best training solution to improve business functions.

MEASURING IMPACT

Shauna's instructional design approach is rooted in reflection and measuring business impact. Throughout her journey as an Instructional Designer at Dataiku, she has developed a process to standardize feedback and constantly improve our learning experiences.

WORKSHOPS

Shauna created a training solution for an existing need for intercultural training addressing company scaling and the global environment. She project managed the training development in collaboration with the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Manager and the Learning & Development team.

TRAINING DESIGN

Shauna developed a systematic design sprint process for our company to scale learning programs. This process increases efficiency with content creation and was utilized to redesign our employee onboarding experience.
