As Amazon Ads introduced new agentic and AI-powered advertising capabilities, I designed and delivered learning experiences to help advertisers understand not just what these tools are, but when, why, and how to use them effectively.

Applied Use Case: Iris
Using a scenario-based experience, I created a fictitious case study following Iris, a consumer electronics brand. This narrative demonstrates how AI-powered prompts transform product details into real-time shopper guidance. Advertisers learn to interpret engagement signals and optimize their product content to better align with shopper intent—shifting from controlling messaging to influencing AI-driven interactions.
